This volume aims to bring the history of the Iberian Peninsula closer to global debates on the impact of the Mongol Empire and invite Iberian and Latin American historiographies to rethink narratives in an intercontinental key.

Al conectar la historia peninsular con la historiografía del mundo mongol, esta obra invita a repensar los orígenes de la globalización desde una perspectiva intercontinental que pone en diálogo a Europa, Asia y el mundo islámico.
