Clean setup!
Cut a couple holes in a wooden box and painted it gray. Set the box on the floor. Fold the snake out and take it to the mic jack panel. Fold out the four mic extension cables and take them to the stand mics. Replace the box lid. Push the extra cable back into the box. Makes a very clean-looking setup.

AUWFUL........
We have been buying these for years. Seems the product was changed for the worse. The outer cable cover was soft, supple rubber is now hard plastic like electrical cord covering. It comes tightly wound and is impossible to straighten out. HARD AS A ROCK. Will no longer be buying these again.

Awesome little snake at a bargain price!
Perfect for my needs-- as a solo performer, I can use this four-channel snake to carry my vocal mic, guitar, and uke inputs. Then I use the remaining channel (with an adapter) to send the monitor mix. So simple to just drop this one cable instead of four separate lines.

It was as expected.I did not want to spend a lot of money for a snake.This is of decent quality for the money.I would recommend this product for someone who plans to handle this when moving it from gig to gig. Thanks Monoprice.

In a project music studio setup, two four-channel snakes are better than one eight-channel snake. Everyone knows that! These are well made cables at a cost less than buying the parts and the time spent building them. I couldn't be happier!

This has been a really good decision for me. I have two of these at my day job and just bought one for my side project. The cable is strong but flexible and I haven't had signal problems with it...unless a cable is pulled out of the XLR connector. I have had to make some repairs but that is mostly because of rough treatment at work. With just a little solder they are good as new and go back into use. If I paid a whole lot for these cables I might think differently but for the price they are definitely worth it.

I Can Hear
I needed something to go from some wireless microphone receivers into an audio mixer. This 20' snake allows me to put the receivers up high for good reception and the mixer on the table for ease of use. The colors on the ends of the wires help me organize which cable is which. I thought the wire looked thin but it is actually thicker than the sound wires running through my attic. Great product.

You get what you pay for
I was very excited to get some of these and add them to my arsenal of cables for my tool box and for the venue I run. Within the first 2-3 months of use I already have a bunch of bad ones. The solder points are done very poorly and I had one cable go bad right in the middle of a show. As I am typing this I had two go out mid show!! I will never buy these again. Ill stick with EWI, Whirlwind and ProCo! Sorry monoprice, I hate leaving bad reviews!
