This cable when you fully insert the headphone jack into it, stops playing audio at full capacity, it's better to push the mic cord in about 70%, but then the connection is loose, so I don't recommend it.

When I saw 3.5mm Male to Female 3ft x 22AWG for $1.99 & cheap shipping I placed the order. To my surprise the only dimension that fit my needs was the 3ft length. There were twin 22AWG parallel wires fused together measuring 1/2" wide x almost 1/4" thick. The connectors were almost 5/8" diameter x 2" long. I had hoped for a 3ft x 1/8"dia cable with slightly larger connectors to fit under a desk mat which I purchased elsewhere. Your cable also weighed in at 3.5 ounce. Clearly my error. I received what was picture in retrospect.

I wouldn't buy this again. The female part of the cable is extremely loose, and other users in the reviews section report similar issues. If it weren't for how cheap this cable was, I would be more upset. Even at the slightest tension, the cable becomes loose enough at its connection to lose audio signal.

It's WAY heavier than it needs to be and is a weird double cable pair that is difficult to use as a headphone extension.

The cable severely attenuated the signal coming from the speaker jack. I was barely able to hear anything, even when the volume was set to max. The sound level returned to normal when I plugged my headphones directly until the source jack without the extension.

Excellent cable, incredibly thick and probably a bit overkill for most set ups, but if you're getting any noise in a microphone or headphone cables, this should fix it for you without having to resort to routing the microphone wire away from all powered cables and sources of noise. Absolutely can't beat the price:quality here.

While this is an apparently heavy-duty stereo cable, it was only transmitting sound on one of the 2 channels. The company is readily sending a replacement. Hopefully this is not a common occurrence.

Rather than get a longer cable, I purchased this extension at a low cost to resolve my issue of needing a longer cable. Works well.

These things are quality! They're thick and seem like they'll last for a long time, I just got them, but for the price I don't think you can beat it.

This product is as pictured. I was able to extend the distance between my turntable and speakers. Sturdy construction. Tight connection. I highly recommend this product.

These are FANTASTIC cables, HOWEVER they can only be used with 3-prong stereo 1/8" connectors! Connecting a 4-prong connector (headsets with microphone) results in mono audio. You'll need an adapter or a different cable for headsets.
