Exactly what I needed
I have 3 Lorex NVR connected to a single monitor and mouse by using a 4 port Keyboard/Video/Mouse/Peripheral switch. The KVM have mono RCA connectors for audio in/out. These Monoprice adapters made it possible to connect the NVR to the KVMP which has male 3.5mm Stereo jacks. Photos show NVR setup and connections at back of them. Quite happy with them.
