This is not usb2 compatible
Just about every computer cable I bought in the last decade or so has come from Monoprice. These two are my first return. Note that the USB3 type B is not compatible with USB2 type B. I doubt I will ever need these cables so it is either throw them in a drawer never to be seen again or in the trash or spend time and money returning them. I figure if these items get a high return rate maybe monoprice will change the web page to emphasize the incompatibility. Thus I am returning them at my cost, perhaps at a loss, to help the next customer avoid this screw up.

Cable received as advertised, the picture and specs match what they said it would be. I was worried that there would be data problems with it being 6 ft long, but it is working fine.
