Monoprice XLR Male to XLR Female Cable [Microphone & Interconnect] - 6 Feet | Gold Plated, 16AWG - Premier Series

I purchased Monoprice hi fi balanced connecting cables. Premier Series XLR to XLR I used these cables to connect powered speakers to a DSP processor. the longest run was 50 foot. and shortest was six foot. my set up is a 7-channel surround plus four height speakers. i listen to HDR lossless direct uncompressed music. these Premier series connecting cables provide a pure sound and spectacular listening experience. I recommend these heavy duty 16 AWG wire. Frank, Raleigh NC

Cable is awkwardly thick gauge. Connector looks cheap but works fine.

Had to much popping and hiss. Changed them out with wbc cables

I was originally going to build my own cables but the price and quality of buying these made more sense! They are working great! No issues .

So far all the cables I've purchased have been grade A quality. Shipping and delivery has also been great. I always check Monoprice first when buying.

2 of the 4 I bought worked fine the other 2 had bad solder connections, once I re soldered them the way they should have been soldered to begin with they work fine.

Just what we needed, we were playing outside, and needed to run two speakers inside (covid). We have the 35’ cords and knew the quality was good! When the need arose, it was a no brainer to buy these!

ordered several of the 75ft cables, several were useless in a few uses. Connectors come apart, and another just doesn't pass audio. go buy the DMX/AES cable instead as it is a great audio cable. This cable is cheap as is it's price, it's like gambling if they work or don't work.

Great XLR Male to XLR Female 16AWG Cable to be used in a high end application connecting a high end source piece of equipment to a pre-amplifier and amplifier. Extremely reasonable price for such a higher end connector for audio performance.

Arrived quickly and works perfectly. I was a bit concerned that given the price relative to other equivalent cables that there was going to be some "poor quality" elements, but on the contrary. The cable and connectors are well manufactured, solid, and cold plated electric contacts (as advertised). The rubber insulation is of a great flexibility and durable. Easy to roll up for multiple uses. Great product for a great price!

Gambled on Monoprice xlr interconnecting cables for Marantz home theater pre-amp and power amp. I love these! So much so that I ordered more for connecting a Behringer processor to the Marantz pieces. I wanted metal ends, and I got them! Heavy, yet pliable cable also, and I got it! I could not build cables for this price. I will keep shopping Monoprice for my cable needs. Thanks!!

The Monoprice premier XLR cables are top quality cables in my opinion. They have solid connectors that fit securely and tight and do not come undone until want them to. I used them to connect my new RMC1 L cinema processor to my Outlaw amplifiers. I don’t know if it is the cables or the equipment but sound quality is outstanding and clear. I don’t hear any noise at all. The only thing I would do differently is measure first. The 6 ft cables are too long and didn’t give me the clean install I was going for. I probably should have went with a 3;ft cable or even a 1.5 foot would work for some runs. It is a 7.4.4 system so I ordered 11 cables. I went with the other brand for the XLR to RCA adaptors and I think that was a mistake because I have to turn the gains up pretty high to get the subs up to my normal levels. I will be ordering Monoprice adaptors soon to replace them. Good quality for good price, recommended!

Monoprice makes great cables. I have been using them for years in both the studio and on live shows. High quality, durable and very affordable!

Needed to connect 3 pieces of gear in close proximity: TC Helicon Play Electric -> DBX GoRack -> Mackie Mix8, all with XLR cables. These short ones are perfect, heavy gauge and well shielded. I have plenty of 20 and even 30 foot mic cables, but the 6-foot Premier from Monoprice fit the bill in this application. Cannot detect any signal loss or interference. In a compact setup, these would make great speaker cables as well.
