Q: Target ad copy states"Resists stains & helps keep rain out & your cushion foam protected."So I ordered this item & instructions say,"Caution! Cushion is not waterproof." Is cushion water resistant?

A: Thank you for your question. Yes this is water resistant not water proof. The definition of water resistant is able to resist the penetration of water to some degree but not entirely.

Long Lasting Durabilit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Montlake Bench/Setee Contoured Back Cushion was better than I expected.Unlike my other cushions,Montlake has a added stain resistant and rain resistant coating for long weathered durability.The pad is also impressive,thick enough for long lasting but soft enough to get that added comfort feel.The cover fabric is also soft,it is made up of fine threaded stitching down to it's seams and zippers.I also love that it's fade resistant so you'll get years worth of using without losing it's color.The foam pad is perfect for a double bench,fits perfectly.

The cushion came in a roll by itself with the cover in its own separate package. It is a little tricky getting the cover on, but it fits like a glove when it is on!

I like how it comes with a separate slip cover case so if I get tired of the color I can change it. I hope it holds the color in this Florida sun!!

Love the taiolred look
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had one of their cushions before. I have looked at many at our local stores from other brands. What I love the most about this one, it the fitted look. It really adds a level or professionalism to it. It really is a well made cover. The material is thick, the zipper is a solid one, and nicely installed. Mine works very smoothly. The stitching is tight and on point. I didn't even have to trim a thread. My cover arrived with no imperfections, and it had no odor to it upon arrival. I am highly sensitive to that. The foam pillow insert arrives compressed. It's not plain foam, it has a built on cover to it. Once you unwrap it, It puffs up immediately. It also arrived with almost no odor. All foam has a tiny scent to it, but there no was no overpowering chemical scent to this one at all. It's really full, and I had to squeeze it into the cover, and push down on the foam to zipper up the cover. Once in there, you can see how it fits perfectly, and it's pretty comfy to sit on. I was sent this to test, and I found it to be very well made, and comfy to sit on. Very pleased.

It has great features such as a removable cover which I can wash (easy maintenance), the actual cushion is thick, and plush and super comfortable. It's like sitting on a cloud. So glad I have this for my bench seat on my patio. If you want comfort, you want to definitely buy this cushion.
