Monument Grills Mesa Series 2 Burner Red Grill

I reached out to monument grills customer service on June 7th after opening my brand new grill to find bent parts that prevented me from assembling the grill. They asked for some info to process a warranty claim (for the bent parts) which I provided in June 9th. Then nothing. No follow up, no update, nothing. I reached out on June 13th asking for an update. No response. I wrote a new email on June 18th letting them know I will be returning the grill to target and to not bother sending replacement parts. They responded asking me to fill out a warranty form so they could process my warranty. No thanks.

We have only been using it about 2 weeks. So far so good. Quality seems nice so far. Very easy to assemble. We will see how things work going forward.

I like the way the grill performs, however, the were a few errors in the assembly instructions. 1. The cross members supporting the lower cabinet were not made to fit together properly. The gas cylinder heat shield B had a fitting that should have mated with a hole in the cross beam, but there was no hole. 2. The screws provided to attach the bracket to the grease tray were too small to attach to the holes drilled in the tray, I had to use a screw and nut from my own supply. 3. The shipment was missing the grease box. 4. The temperature display doesn’t function although I followed the you tube video exactly.

Used for first time 8n Father's Day. My husband loved it.

Love this grill, it was easy to put together, looks great and is solid. I'm hoping that replacement parts (inners) are widely available and easy/affordable to get. Very bummed though that there is no gauge or meter for knowing how much gas is left in the tank, that'd be a great addition (see Weber's cheap and easy method). Only critique I have is that the side shelves are not as sturdy as they should be. . . you have to be extra careful that they are "locked in" before you use them, and they can come out/off fairly easily. . . a bit of a danger if they are loaded with food and get bumped, etc.

Love my. New grill! Everything I’ve grilled, from meat to vegetables, has been delicious! Rave reviews from my husband.

Nice grill but still have minor issue after assembly. I like it but am annoyed that one of the grill lid bolts keeps coming undone; annoying

The 605 grill looks good. Haven’t had the opportunity to use it because the “natural / propane gas grill” doesn’t come equipped to actually do Nat gas. Only propane. No conversion kit is included. Other grills they sell do not include Nat gas in their titles. So be careful about this miss leading (intentional?) promotional name.

The maiden voyage (bbq) for the Mesa 200 went superbly! No issues. Assembly was average ( I hate assembling anything) Love the color. Easily the Ferrari of BBQ’s. The two burners took care of two steaks in no time flat! Thank you

The porcelain coating on the grates is a 7 out of 10 in comparison to others I've owned.

This little grill has met every expectation. After a lot of research I chose Monument over some of the other big box store competitors and I am happy I did. Heats quickly/evenly and the window on the lid is a neat touch. Great job Monument!

Amazing Grill that heats up fast and evenly. Easy to cook on and to be able to view the food through the window is such a benefit. Well packaged and extremely easy to put together.

This grill is a well made grill. The Mesa 200 made my daughter very happy.

Very to but together, easy to lite, and takes very little space on my deck. Over all a great buy really.

This grill is not as heavy duty as I thought it would be. I do not think it will last very long. It certainly is NOT the Rolls-Royce of grills as you advertise. It looks very nice and so far, so good with the grilling.

From size, installation, amenities and performance it’s 100% satisfaction with this purchase.

Pretty nice, good heat. Side shelfs hard to get on. I don't see the point of the continously lit dials, even thoigh they are led. Probably will not replace the batteries on those when they butn out.

I truly love this little grill. best gas grill I`ve ever owned. I just wish they would include a bottle of seasoning with my order.

Color is great. Love the glass front which allows viewing food without opening grill.

It came with a dent top of the door, which I reversed so you could not see it, the mounting plate that holds the gas will not line up with the hole and one shelf doesn’t align properly
