Packages were damaged but everything inside was perfect!

Received the Lucario box instead of the Gardevoir Box

I bought 2 mega gardevoir boxes and 2 mega lucario boxes... I was sent 4 mega gardevoir boxes instead. I called customer service and they referred me to fulfillment, who then told me they couldn't make the swap because the vendor is a separate entity. Reading the other review here, I guess I know where my two mega lucario boxes went...

some of us collect these, and they sent them in a box with the front unprotected so it got all damaged in the box

Everything was great, shipping was super fast, but one of the products had it’s entire top front portion ripped. Besides that everything else was great.

Experience was terrible. The buying experience is always annoying with system crashes because there is no good queue system in place. It’s madness. Then to top it off, I was sent the wrong sku number (Lucario boxes) instead of Gardevoir! It’s really frustrating because we’re collecting the promo cards and we were so happy to get it at retail!!! So, now all we have are 4 Lucario promos! -_- it was supposed to be 2 Lucario and 2 Gardevoir - one set for me and one set for my bf. Freakin sucks, and customer service was no help!!!

Just received my Gardevoir boxes early and in great shape! I can’t wait to rip these. I just wish my Lucario boxes would ship already so I can have one huge rip session!

When I arrive at 7:30 I was the first person in line. Thank God I end up getting two premium poster and two first partner and 2 deluxe pin and some blisters thank you target manager!

My package arrived with the box completely ripped open and the boxes themselves were damaged. Terrible packaging and shipping.

Arrived in perfect condition everything looks great, couldn't be happier with this purchase.
