Q: Is it ok to take this AM Morning MultiVitamine + Lustriva formula with or without your AM Women's, Men's Kids Raspberry formula? I don't want to overdose by taking both versions.
A: That’s a great question! While some products pair well together, other products may add up to “too much of a good thing”! Here’s a few things you can look for when determining if two or more products can pair well together: - Nutrients in Duplicate: certain nutrients may be in multiple products, and may be in excess of your individual nutrient needs when taken together. This is particularly important when supplementing with fat-soluble nutrients (or any nutrient with a UL.) (Ex: zinc content of Ionic Zinc Liquid Drops + Nighttime Multimineral) - Antagonists: some nutrients work synergistically in the body, while other nutrients are antagonistic to others. They may be antagonistic for a variety of reasons, like by competing for uptake or interfering with absorption (Ex: non-heme iron and zinc compete for absorption. [The solution to supplementing with both iron and zinc may be just taking the products at different times of the day!]) When assessing the best dietary supplements for your health, we recommend speaking with your physician, or healthcare professional, as they can help you to determine what supplements and dosage may be appropriate for your nutrient needs!

Q: Does it regrow hair?
A: Hi. Thank you for your question. Our Liquid Morning Multivitamin + Hair Growth supplement can work differently with each person. We create our products to help meet supplementing needs, but there are many individual considerations that we are unable to account for when formulating, such as diet, existing health conditions, and contraindications with prescription medications that can impact how the supplement may work for you. We always encourage our customers to work with their healthcare professionals for guidance when it comes to supplementing.

Q: Can someone with SLE (lupus) take this?
A: Thank you for your great question. We know that dealing with health conditions on top of the normal stressors of everyday life is a considerable weight to bear. Q: Packaging says it’s for a woman can men take it as well?
A: Thank you so much for your question. This broad-spectrum multivitamin contains the trademarked ingredient Lustriva® which is clinically shown to help grow thicker, fuller hair, improve wrinkles and fine lines, and support healthy skin in female populations. While the research on Lustriva® was conducted solely in female populations, these products may be used by men. However, there are a variety of reasons that a person's hair may start to thin, and for men, the most common reason is related to androgenic alopecia (otherwise known as “male pattern baldness”). Since androgenic alopecia is considered a health condition, it is outside our scope as a dietary supplement brand to speak about, and our best advice is to consult with a dermatologist, physician, or healthcare professional for their guidance.
