[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being a vegetarian for about 25 years I’m constantly looking to keep my vegetarian lifestyle interesting. Over the years, I realized that not all vegetarian products are made the same. Companies bring in ingredients from different ideas… and some work while others don’t work. This product is one that I was very happy to try. The texture of the franks are firm and I like that because I prefer my vegetarian mock meat items on the firm side instead of the soft oozy side. I love that when I cut it with a knife, cut clean…not oozy. On the other hand, the taste…. Has blown me away. The taste Leaves you satisfied. The salt just brings out the flavor as it is seasoned well and the ingredients are healthy. I I believe that those trying to adopt more vegetarianism in their lifestyle Should give this a try as it is so satisfying. It would be nice if they were regular length as they are quite small and that might be my only issue with it. However. they cooked so nicely and did not break apart, not even one. Packaging was a simple box with many little Franks. I originally planned to use the air fryer but I ended up lightly frying them instead and saw that they did not absorb much grease at all, which was nice. I believe the firm texture made all the difference . Again, I would like if they were a little longer to easily fit in the hotdog bread but you can easily just use two.

I use some water to cook then at the end put some butter to make crispy. Ingredients no cholesterol is good for me to use often

And then, as I got older, I realized it really wasn't healthy, and animals were dying for it. I finally did the right thing and went to meet free. I have tried several different brands of plant-based breakfast sausage, but MorningStar Farms is unmatched. The taste is really yummy- and I still enjoy it with my favorite syrup. It's better for me and the animals!

I eat meat but frequently switch it up and eat the plant-based options when I want something different or lighter. I actually really like the texture of these because they are soft. Some people might not like that, but I don’t think of them as “meat”, anyways. They’re their own type of thing to me. I enjoy these simply microwaved and with other breakfast foods. If there would be a lower sodium option, I would reach for these much more frequently.

I haven't found another one the market that resembles real sausage links as much. They have always tasted so wonderful, especially with a little syrup for dipping.
