Father's Day Craft 3ct Resin Pen Kit - Mondo Llama™

Good luck getting the desired outcome. It’s a nice idea and craft in theory but really not executed well. You get what you paid for?

This kit only comes with one mold and you have to wait 24 hrs for it to cure before making the next pen. This is not practical as all the glitter and things come in little plastic bags that you can't reseal.

Tried making two pens and both did not work. Beads kept moving so you could not read the text and the second one never got hard. The ink part was too large and poked out of the resin. Not kid friendly at all.

Incredibly bad directions written and even when followed exactly, results are less than good. Complete waste of money and time.

I was so excited about this kit and wanted to love it, but it’s extremely difficult - definitely not appropriate for kids to do without consistent assistance from an adult.

My kids usually love the mondo llama craft kits but this one is by far the hardest we've ever done. I'd sooner put together one of the giant cardboard house crafts by myself than do this one again. It was so messy and you need to wait 24 hours to see if it worked. There's only one mold and the measurements only filled half the mold so I had to make more.

This is a cute idea, in theory, but the measurements provided (6ml+6ml) must be exact and 12ml total was definitely not even close to enough resin to cover the pen. So I had to make more and now I have no idea if it will cure properly because I had to combine two batches. Also, if it can make 2 pens, I wish they would have put in 2 molds…I wanted to use this with my boys but now I have to wait a whole day before my next son can do it.

Awful to do with kids and makes a huge mess! Not enough resin to cover the pens and can’t see the letters when placing. Will not buy again!

This was a great find in theory, but not the easiest to make or direct a child to help make it. The directions were okay mostly, however I ran out of resin because it didn’t say to save half for the top off. It is a cute idea, but after it finished setting, it did write, but not sure how long it will last. The resin makes the pen very flexible and I was worried it would break. I received this product for free from the Hey, Bullseye™ sampling program in exchange for my honest review.

My daughter absolutely adored the Mondo Llama resin craft kit! The instructions were incredibly easy to follow, allowing her to create personalized gifts with ease. The included beads, glitter, and molds made the process fun and engaging. It's a fantastic way to spark creativity and provides a delightful crafting experience. Highly recommend!

The instructions were easy to understand. The pen took 24 hours to cure and was ready to use. The pen writes well but not easy to hold. This is a great project for anyone especially kids to do at birthday parties.

Are you crafty?!?! Me neither! But this little craft set makes it look like I am. It comes with an assortment of glitter, beads and confetti, and detailed instructions to make your own personalized pen. There is enough in each package to make 3 pens. It also comes with gloves and wax paper for staying clean. What a fun project to do as a gift or with the kids or even the husband! (Yeah right) Anyway, love my pens, love that I can make one too. Very cool!

I received this Myo Resin Pen Mothers/Fathers Day - Mondo Llama™ kit for free from Hey Bullseye to help facilitate this review. First I would say the instructions are easy to follow but the measuring cups should be labeled clearer and maybe label A, B, C because the measurements need to be precise. I followed the instructions to a T-the result was still not quite right. If this is meant as a kids craft not sure it would be appropriate for younger kids. It looks cute though.
