Started out as cool toy my cats loved but it only lasted a week. It rolls on the floor so it picks up random hairs or fuzz and soon started over heating. Went to pick it up to redirect it for my cat and it nearly burned my hand. I threw it in the trash.

Came without charger. Won’t let me report a problem to get replacement or return. Cat hates it anyway. Don’t recommend if your cats tend to run when the doorbell goes off.

My kitten cannot wait for "Snake" to fully charge so she can play with it again each day! However, one of the wheels has rubber around it which is necessary for its function. If the rubber part comes off you just have to put it back on. It stays within the wheel casing so easy fix. The biggest problem is after a couple of months, it is no longer taking a charge. Kitten is not happy so I will most liekly buy it again but will contact Target 1st to see if they will replace it for free. True it does not work on carpet and will get stuck if it tries to go onto carpet. Our kitten has figured out how to bop the snake on the head to get it to move away from carpet. It's great that the toy can sense items in the way and move in a different direction to avoid those items. I read someone saying there's moves in a circle. That's a faulty item I think. Anyway, $10 for a toy my kitten LOVES & keeps her occupied for a long time is well worth it.

The good- It gets the kitty’s attention and he is entertained by in for a bit The not so good- The snake is a great idea it actually only goes around in a circle (only one of the wheels goes around) and is rather noisy Unfortunately we will be a returning it due to the noise and the fact it doesn’t move in more randomized ways.
