About the Author
Steve Platto grew up in Livonia, where he first got the writing bug by creating one-act plays he forced his friends to be in. Growing up, he developed a voracious love for reading...MAD magazine. He also made Super 8 movies, memorized useless pop culture trivia and drew humorous editorial cartoons for the college newspaper. This all laid the groundwork for him to become an advertising agency group creative director/writer, a career he has enjoyed for more than thirty-five years. He and his wife, Cris, live in Rochester, where they raised their three children--5.2 miles from the home Madonna grew up in.
