A: You can use the Original, Duo and Extra Power Magic Eraser versions on paint walls, but we don't recommend using it on faux paint or surfaces where painted within the last 3 months. Also, only use on 'matte' or 'flat' finishes. It's important to also note that we don't recommend using the Bath Scrubber, Kitchen Scrubber, or Tub and Tiles Magic Eraser on painted surfaces. If in doubt, you should test in a small, inconspicuous area with light pressure first, to decide whether or not to clean the whole surface.

A: That's a good question, Nancy. I do not recommend using my Magic Erasers to clean dishes with. Instead, I suggest checking out Dawn, Fairy, or Yes brands for the best dish cleaning products. I even would get some “unknown” marker off of my walls with this. Would I say that it cleans better than the original magic eraser… probably not, but I do like that it does have the additional grease fighting power of Dawn dish soap. It’s a great product and stand by it!

Personally, I try to not fragrance-free cleaning products, so I would opt for that version in the future. However, the scent isn’t too overpowering. I like that it cleans a variety of surfaces, and it’s actually kind of fun to use! I wiped my stovetops and then my faucets for a quick house refresh. It’s nice to have a couple of these around to clean different surfaces around the house.

Actually held up well, but my seats were so bad I could have used another one lol. I think the price for just one is a little steep since I needed another one just for my car. Was actually hoping I could reuse for my kitchen but I’ll need to purchase another one which I will but only when I see a deal.

I was wary of the scent because I don’t like strong smells, but this was not too strong or unappealing. It was fresh and smelled like dish soap. I used it to clean my stove and my air fryer and it cleaned both very well. It got off stuck on stains and burnt on food. I would buy this to use instead of an original magic eraser next time.
