have wide feet and I usually wear a size 9 or 10 wide. I ordered the 10 to make sure I could wear thicker socks, and they fit just right. Fuzzy inside, light weight, nice grip on the bottom. I do wish they had a little arch support, they are very flat. Super cute though!

Cracked soles that allow water in.
I purchased these boots 1 year ago and the bottoms are completely cracked on both boots so my feet are instantly wet when worn outside in the snow or rain. I thought this was a quality brand but was mistaken. So disappointing. Boots should last for more than one winter.

Terrible quality even on sale
Absolute trash, literally. What a shame. Holes in seam between sole and boot so not water resistant. Loose threads, bad zipper. Visible glue. Lopsided. Dirty. What a joke. I basically donated $30 to a dying brand. Bye
