Awesome fan
Great product! Very satisfied! It cool the garage quickly and the fact that it can be turned to wherever you need it is amazing! The only thing I find a little uncomfortable with is the fact that if you want to adjust it up or down, you have to climb on a step ladder to adjust the knobs. All in all a great product.

Great fan, info not accurate
Great fan. However, the box states 4500cfm, while online and pictures state 5400 cfm. I would of shopped around longer for other fans

Relief - At Last
Not quiet, but that's because it moves a whole lot of air. Perfect for the garage or any shop area. Biggest issue I had during installation was figuring out where to physically locate it in order to make best use during various garage activities. Otherwise, an easy install - just find a good ceiling joist, pilot drill a couple holes, drive two screws, hang it, attach the trim piece and route the cord. Definitely recommend getting the remote control - so convenient to turn ON/OFF and change speeds.

Mule Shop fan
Fan arrived undamaged, was easy to install and works as advertised. My only negative is that even on LOW, it still moves a lot of air. No slow circulation with this unit... :)

Great fan & value
I did a lot of research on this purchase & kept coming back to the Mule XL. Package arrived on time & product was well-packed. Installation was simple. I wish that the chord from the speed control module to the outlet was a little longer, but that’s just a one-time hassle resolved with a few extra minutes on the ladder. Air movement is great, even on low setting. I’ve only had on high speed a couple of times and had no issue with noise beyond my expectations d no excess vibration. After the first month in operation I would recommmend this product & consider it a good value for the price. It’s still February and have not used fan much. If my opinion changes come July/August I will update this review.

Easy installation
Easy to install, works great! The screws included should be upgraded to a Phillips head, had to use my own screws to install hardware into the stud.

They move an impressive amount of air and cooled off our old, stuffy garage surprisingly quickly. The ease of installation (you only need a plug) makes this very easy to install in virtually any space - you can even use a proper extension cord!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Mule XL Garage Fan is intended for both indoor and covered outdoor spaces. It has 3 speed settings, and makes cooling my garage a breeze with the power of 3000 CFM on the high setting. It also helps to dry excess moisture. This fan is very easy to install using 2 screws (included), no junction box required. It includes an 8 foot power cord with a standard 3 prong plug, as well as 6 adhesive clips to keep your cord neatly tucked away. It takes up minimal space at 18 inches wide and 8.5 inches deep, and includes two down rods to choose from (6 inch and 12 inch) depending on your ceiling height and installation needs. This fan also works with any universal down rod that has a diameter of ¾ or 1 inch. The fan also includes a remote for easy speed adjustment and powering on or off, and has 360° manual swivel for perfect placement. My husband and I absolutely love it! I highly recommend this fan and Mule products in general. They are built to last!

Mule Products Garage Fan XL Review…
A very nice product! Well boxed, quick delivery, pretty good price…found the product to be well made with good instructions. Quiet operation, very easy to rotate and change the direction of air flow and moves a lot of air! The only gripe I would have (and this is a really, really minor complaint) is that I find the power cable is too long…it’s a whopping 8’ of cable! My need to keep everything in my garage uber neat and tidy would never accept a wad of excess power cable! 😉 This is a ceiling mounted unit and trying to roll up, stash, hide all that cable is a real challenge. So…I installed an outlet right next to the fan mount, cut and spliced the power cord to 18”, wrapped it with flexible cable jacket and I had the perfect ceiling mount fan! Thank you Mule Products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Mule Garage Fan XL is a workhorse! Got this fan to use in my garage, because-Texas in the summer! The instructions are very easy to follow. This unit mounts similar to a ceiling fan, if you've done those before. It has a nice long cord that perfectly reaches from the edge of a 2-car garage to the outlet by the door opener. It has 3 speeds-1,2, and hurricane! 2 different length down-rods to account for height or ceiling differences. It spins and pivots, once mounted-so you can zero in where you need the air. Enjoying the torrent of wind while I work in the garage!
