The men's journal and other reviews claiming this has too much sugar are very, very dumb and uninformed. Yes, it has twenty eight grams of natural sugars: this does not mean it has cane sugar or corn syrup. You're drinking mostly mango, Apple, and pineapple juice, fruits which are extremely healthy and fully worth the natural sugars. Seriously, apples and pineapples are practically miracle fruits for their antioxidants, vitamin c, and stomach soothing compounds. The drink is delicious, has natural B and C vitamins, and works perfect in a protein smoothie, or in small servings with a spicy meal. Just try it, the sweetness will hook you. There's no celery or nasty stuff like that suja drink which tastes totally different than this delectable drink.
