Love these chairs! They add a timeless style to our dining room area. Good quality sturdy pieces. Leatherlike texture isn't as soft/smooth as I had hoped for, hence the 4 rating not 5. Seating pad is firm.

I looked for a long time to find some comfortable chairs with style to update our dining room table. Shopping online can sometimes be tricky but their website was thorough in dimensions and images that were true to what I received. I really love the woven texture of these chair backs. It adds interest to the room without being too overwhelming or busy. The faux leather will be easy to clean and the cushions are an added comfort to our previous wooden chair. I initially ordered 4 and after putting them together (easy assembly) the family feedback was so positive I order 2 more to finish off the room with a cohesive look. There was a small issue with one of the chairs and after reaching out to your customer happiness team the problem was quickly (very - I might add) taken care of. I am very happy with my purchase and will shop Nathan James first, next time I’m looking to add pieces to my home.

WOW. We were hestitant to order chairs online without trying them first but these dining chairs were worth the plunge. Super comfortable and the faux leather feels rich. Easy to assemble and they look great in our space. Quick Shipping, great price. 10/10 recommend.

These chairs are absolutely adorable. If all you care about it how they look or the quality of the materials than this is the chair for you. However, they are super uncomfortable to sit in. The upper part of the chair hits my back too low and so isnt supportive where it needs to be. Would not recommend this chair at all if you are looking for something comfortable to sit in.
