  • A: I had to hold the small ring at the base of the pump really tight and then turn the pump the opposite direction. It finally opening when holding it tight in this spot.

  • A: I had the same problem!! As a last resort, I took the whole pump off, washed/dried it off and held on to the piece that stays in the bottle so the top Wouldn't turn. It eventually worked.

This one is in coconut scent which can feel pretty strong for anyone who is sensitive to scents. It’s pretty true to its words so the scent of coconut and vanilla is very evident. Having said that, the body wash is extremely hydrating and the scent lasts all day. It lathers up quite a bit so a little goes a long way. This body wash will easily last you a few months.

Overwhelming coconut

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This body wash is gentle and it does make you feel fresh, but the coconut smell is overwhelming and thank God for the vanilla because it does tame it down a little bit, but I feel like the coconut is just too much. It might just be me cause I’m not a huge coconut person. I don’t love this but I do like it. Overall, I still think it’s a great product because it’s pretty darn clean and it still does smell good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the smell it isn’t strong at all I’m not a super fan of the vanilla but mixed with the coconut made it smell like a peragua a ice cone with coconut cream and it gave so much nostalgia , I love this square shaped bottle and white look because it fits perfectly for my aesthetic at home doesn’t look cheap it gives expensive lol the texture does have a jelly like instead so you may have to really rub in for it to stick

Sometimes it’s hard to squeeze out but it’s because the body wash itself is literally like a jelly, I love it because I can add water once I’m like halfway done & it basically makes for a brand new body wash haha. Leaves me hydratedddd!!! One of the only body wash that doesn’t strip my hydration from skin.
