Good product but not cruelty-free. The parent company for Native is Procter & Gamble. P&G tests on animals, so I’ll look for a similar product until the end the nightmare on beagles. Much of the animal tests are on dogs. Animal research is cruel and unnecessary.

Lightweight and Moisturizing

I’ve been struggling with hair thinning and dryness and partnering this combination of shampoo and conditioner with a detox shampoo once a week and hair mask twice a week has changed the game. Conditioner is horrible
I am perplexed as most reviews love this conditioner. I like the shampoo but I need a lot of the conditioner to even feel it and it leaves my hair feeling like straw after rinsing it out. I have tried a couple of times now and I am ready to toss it. I have long mainly straight hair with a bit of wave. Not many conditioners fail me like this one does.

Lightweight hydration
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the native coconut and vanilla moisturizing conditioner, and it definitely has some pros and cons. On the positive side, the clean ingredient list is a major plus, and it rinses out completely without leaving any heavy or greasy residue behind. However, when it comes down to performance, it doesn’t leave my hair feeling nearly as soft as others. It does offer a super lightweight hydration, but not with that ultra conditioned slippy feeling I look for.

A little heavy for my liking

Nice scented moisturizing conditioner

It is thick in consistency and lathers on really well. It leaves my hair feeling nice and moisturized and not dry at all after rinsing it out.
