I decided to try this for the first time during a 2 week trip and I’ve continued to use this brand for the last 7 months. It lathers and cleans just like products that have silicones, parabens, and sulfates and smells so good! A little goes a long way. I only used half the travel bottle during that long trip

I’ve switched products to non-pore clogging ingredients to help prevent acne and Native’s conditioner meets this need. It doesn’t weigh my hair down and does a great job at leaving my hair soft, clean, and hydrated! I’ve used more expensive brands before but won’t be going back to them.

Hair details: shoulder length fine hair, 2C-3C curl type, co-wash every 2nd day, monthly shampoo, colored, no styling products, very light touch of coconut oil if needed, NO silicones. My hair was becoming more and more dry - lots of frizz, minimal waves, little curl, no definition, puffy. Masks, deep conditioning, clarifying shampoo made no difference except to make things worse. Coconut oil would help to tame the frizz and add a little slip but would look greasy, make my hair look limp and had to be shampooed out more often. None of the usual tricks were working so it was time to find a new conditioner. Did Native Curl Conditioner suddenly revitalize my hair in 1 application? No, but there was a definite improvement. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now. My hair is softer, with soft curls and better definition, body but much less frizz, looks and feels healthier. Many conditioners have silicone which I stay away from, even water-soluble silicones, which makes it hard to find a silicone free conditioner that 'conditions'. For me this conditioner is a winner.

If I could give it ZERO stars, I would! My hair has never been less moisturised. The only plus to this conditioner is that it smells good, but given the fact that it doesn't even stay in my hair, I'd go as far as to say that even the scent is a downside, since it's almost deceptive... This conditioner lures you in with a great smell, and promises to give you moisturised locks, but then it betrays your trust by failing to fulfil its promise. No matter how much I apply, no matter how much I leave in with the hopes of it doing what it advertises, I am always left with dry, frizzy, sad hair. If I didn't have to wait for payday to get a new conditioner, I would throw this in the trash immediately... although it probably wouldn't make much of a difference if I were to forgo using conditioner for a few days, seeing that the results of this conditioner are on par with not using conditioner at all. Don't believe its lies; buy literally any other brand if you want your hair to maintain even a drop of moisture.

I am a male and I have long straight hair, and I have been using Native hair care for almost 5 years now, with no signs on stopping. It makes my hair silky smooth and lasts for a couple of days. I highly recommend. They also have a lot of wonderful scents.

Hair Loss

I was so excited to see the Boston Kreme scent. Native products, whether it’s deodorant, shampoo, or conditioner, have never really worked well for me but I thought it was my problem since I have sensitive skin and curly hair… until I got this. This is my third attempt with one of their conditioners since I like the unique scents (they don’t bother my nose) but found after two washes, I was losing FISTFULS OF HAIR. Thankfully I have a lot of hair so it’s not as noticeable on me as other people, but it’s lost curl, volume, and—well—just hair; even my scalp hurt and got itchy. It honestly looked like I cut off a giant chunk of hair with scissors. I won’t end up using Native again.

I have severe skin allergies and this is the first brand that doesn't irritate my skin. I switched both my boyfriend and myself to entirely Native products. This scent was so refreshing and I bought a whole set for his birthday. He absolutely loves these products as much as I do! His hair texture has gotten much softer and even seems to grow faster since switching to this shampoo and conditioner.

The conditioner smells nice but that's about it. It may just be my hair type but it definitely isn't moisturizing at all. It actually pulls all the moisture from my hair and makes it super brittle, coarse, and easily tangled...

Not for me

My hair is straight and fine. It breaks easily and is also dry and prone to static. After using the Native Strengthening shampoo, which I liked, I applied this Sweet Peach and Nectar moisturizing conditioner. I left it on my hair for 3 minutes, then rinsed it out. I knew right away it hadn't moisturized my hair as needed because my hair felt squeaky clean. As all people with fine straight hair know, that squeaky clean feeling means static will ensue. It's a shame the conditioner doesn't do what it's supposed to do because I thought I'd found my new favorite hair care line. Now I have to keep looking.
