Truly the worst conditioner i have ever used. I promise I am not just being hateful. It was almost impossible to comb this formula through my hair with my fingers, and left my hair feeling stripped, rough and tangled. It made conditioning my hair incredibly frustrating, enough for me to come here and write this review. I do have thick wavy hair- but thats what this product is marketed for! Truly awful.

I got this for my son who has very thick wavy hair. The difference, just after a single use, was noticeable and impressive! His har was much softer, had a much smoother texture, and his curls were much bouncier. Definitely sold on this product!

first time using Native hair products. Good price point, attractive ingredients. I have thin, medium to tight curl pattern. My hair immediately felt like straw and any tangles that I had turned into massive knots. Absolutely un-combable and very difficult to rinse out. Holding back tears over how much hair I had to basically yank out of my head. I didnt even know conditioner could do this..I'm in near disbelief that anyone has actually enjoyed this product.

I love the shampoo, but only 4 stars because I do not love pump bottles. There’s either a lot of waste or a lot of trouble getting the last of it out. Wish it was bottled like the body wash.

I bought the conditioner two days ago and it dried out my 3B/3C hair. Very disappointed. I could feel it drying out my hair as I applied it and I had to use a different brand to fix it.

I loved what this conditioner did for my curly hair, but I could not get ever the sense that it smells like fried chicken. While I think most of us enjoy some delicious southern fried goodness, I for one couldn’t handle smelling like I just got off a shift at KFC. I ended up selecting a different conditioner. Just wish the fragrance was more poppy and less Popeyes.

0 stars if it was possible. This is the worst shampoo/conditioner combo I’ve ever used. My hair was so dry, puffy, frizzy, nappy and felt like straight up straw. Leave-in conditioner didn’t even help.

At first, I loved it! My hair usually lets me know right away if it’s good or not (it’ll get frizzy or VERY dry with just one wash) This shampoo was phenomenal, until fast FWD 3 months I noticed more hair than usual started falling, at first I didn’t connect it to the shampoo because between March and Sept I had lost over 50lbs but on the 5th month I realized that my hair had never fallen so much even with the weight loss, it started after I started using the shampoo. I changed my shampoo immediately and my hair loss stopped! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHAMPOO, or brand.

I’ve tried much more expensive plant based conditioners and this one stacks up closely to those. It is not marketed as a repairing conditioner so keep that in mind (I noticed some bad reviews from people who have bleached and processed hair). Conditioners with cleaner ingredients will also not give you immediate results since they usually do not have silicones etc. My curls are bouncing and it’s good for detangling both my daughter’s hair and mine (4a and a true 4c).

Does what a conditioner should do and the price isn’t terrible. My hair doesn’t fall out like it does with other brands. Native should make leave in conditioner. Love the coconut milk and turmeric scent wish it was a body wash and lotion scent too!
