When I bought this medicine I noticed on the package a phrase Wich says (no like milk, eggs, fish,tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, yeast, artificial flavour) is that means that it's prohibited to have this kind of nutrients in period of having this medicine

Believe it’s working
I have been on these pills for 3 weeks. I am ordering another bottle because I notice small positive changes. For example I forget where I’ll put something and suddenly while trying to remember I will sometimes get a picture in my mind showing where it is, and know it is because I’m taking the cognium. I’m 74 and have noticed over the years more brain fog. Also had severe COVID on a ventilator and I am sure that has made things worse. I own a business and it has been a struggle to stay on top of tasks, however I do feel more clarity while working and more ambition to tackle business and home projects. I also notice I have become less frustrated trying to remember.

Works!

After a few weeks of the cognium, while I don't feel mentally different, I am finding that I am not searching for the correct word I can not recall or my stories are not getting interrupted by me trying to remember the details.

Surprising results!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll be honest, I was pretty skeptical about these tablets before I started taking them. And even after a day or two, I didn't notice a difference. However, after about a week (a little less actually) of taking these, I started to notice so clarity in my mental processing, and some more creative thought. Was actually a very pleasant experience, and now I do not know if I could stop taking them. My mind has felt better than it ever has!

The bottle says to take one in the AM and one in the PM, but I’ve only been taking one in the AM and I still think they’re working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Natrol Cognium Extra Strength seems to be working pretty good so far. I have been taking them for about a month now. I do not notice a huge difference in my memory but they seem to be working ok. They are easy to take and you only need to take them twice a day. I have not had any side-effects from taking these tablets.

Noticeable difference

I have always said becoming a mom changed my memory dynamic, which is quite annoying especially mid-sentence. Now, I have the added assistance to feel sharper.

I love this!

I am a full time + employee, mom of 3, and part time MBA student. Most of these do nothing, but I believe these help me and have no problem remembering to take them every day.

Time will tell

Putting time into your well-being can make a huge difference in your daily life. My memory has always been foggy, and I don't want to lose my sharpness and wit at an early age (I'm only 33). So I've been putting more care into my brain health. I urge you to do the same before it's too late! Vitamins along with brain games and reading daily help keep me from deteriorating.

Helpful focus and memory
Been taking Cognium for 3 months now. Can feel the difference in memory retention and focus at work. Feel calmer with multiple tasks since starting to take Cognium
