It took a bit to work, but I’m glad I bought them! I have noticed a difference in my mood. I feel better and I haven’t changed anything else. These really are helpful. They taste okay and do dissolve fast.

When I am working late, my mind can sometimes begin to go into overdrive, but this supplement helped me relax before bed and enjoy a better sleep.

I don't know why this got such a bad review. It works great for me. Works fast and well especially in combo with fast dissolve melatonin. Doesn't keep me a sleep all night but nothing natural does. But it helps me get back to sleep if I wake up in the middle of the night.
