My son doesn’t sleep well OCCASIONALLY. We use these mostly when we are staying the night out of the house. IE Vacations, camping or simply a new place and we only give him 1/2. He likes the tastes and prefers these over gummies!

It works well!
I just got this today and tried to my son with ASD who used to sleep at 2am. I planned to let him sleep at 10pm so I gabe him the tablet around 9:40pm and he fell asleep at around 10:05. Another thing is that he likes the taste so no hassle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 8 year old can't swallow a pill to save his life and these were the perfect solution to that. He takes 2 Kids Melatonin Fast Dissolve and they really do instantly dissolve and he is fast asleep. Before taking these I would find him wondering around at night because he wasn't able to sleep. I have never tried this brand prior however I will continue to use this product. I like that they are 100% drug free and the flavor is strawberry. I spy recommend this to all my friends and family that have a child that needs a little help getting to sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Natrol kids melatonin with my 9 year son who has occasional sleeping problems, he really enjoyed the berry flavor and it dissolved farely quick. I gave him 1 tab 30 minutes before bedtime he usually lays in bed 45 minutes to an hour not using any type of sleep aid because he has a hard time falling to sleep but with this Natrol Kids Melatonin Fast Dissolve he fell asleep with 10 minutes laying down and said he had a great sleep the next morning. This was our first time using Natrol kids melatonin fast dissolve and will continue to buy it on occasion to help with sleep. Great product.

I give one 30 min before bed and it works miracles. They help him fall asleep within 15 min. He doesn't wake up groggy. I like that they are a natural sleep aid and are recommend by pediatricians.

Definitely helpful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was happy to receive this product because I have an 8 year old who has trouble falling asleep at night. We tried this a few times. The first couple times, he insisted that it didn't help him much and he still struggled to fall asleep. I actually noticed that it definitely did help him stay fast asleep throughout the night because he wasn't tossing and turning throughout the night as much as usual. Overall, I did find it helpful and it was effective.

Taste delicious

I gave one fast dissolve to my kids and they fast sleep around 30 minutes later. They sleep very well and wake up good.

Safe and effective

If my daughter is having trouble falling asleep, I can give her one of these and she's ready for bed within half an hour. I like that they are just one milligram of melatonin so I feel they are safe and I know I'm not giving her too much. She also doesn't wake up groggy the next day. I will continue to use these and would definitely recommend them.

They woke up more refreshed making for a much nicer morning. Although we dont use it everyday its nice to have for those times when they are having a difficult time falling asleep.
