Very medince like in flavor and grainy in texture. It was effective although I did have a bit of a tummy side effect which I kind of expected even though it stated it was gentle on the tummy. After using for a couple weeks, I have been sleeping better so its worth it in my opinion.

When this product arrived I was so relieved to see it was a chewable form and not a huge pill to swallow. I was intrigued by the red wrapped square . As I removed the wrapper , the chewable was beginning to be a bit sticky with the warmth of my hand . So I began to understand the individual wrap . Also a great travel companion this would prove to be . The flavor was Cherry Lemon , I really like those flavors . The texture was that of a hard candy which I suppose could be chewed but I patiently just let it melt in my mouth . The lemon was the prominent flavor on my tongue first . The cherry was a nice light flavor that worked with this combo . I enjoyed it in the beginning but as it melted away it became a bit bitter . Totally appreciated the easier delivery of magnesium with this product . If you are tired of swallowing huge size supplements this is a good alternative .
