I've finished an entire bottle and can honestly say that these work BETTER than the 20 mg melatonin only gummies that I normally take. I'm getting drowsy within 15-20 minutes and fall asleep and,more often than not, stay asleep. The only drawback is they are pretty large capsules so if you have trouble swallowing pills they may not be for you.

But as an educator sleep was so needed and there were a few times that I took these and slept like a baby. It works better than just melatonin and is easy to take and has no flavor to it.

Not only do these supplements help you fall asleep, but they help you stay asleep, and wake up feeling refreshed! These are non gmo, drug-free and actually work as intended. They were pretty good and easy to take, no scent to them. The only issue I really had was that you need to take two per serving. Otherwise they were good. They are packaged in a plastic bottle and seemingly decent value for the price (I looked them up)

The pills are pretty big but not too horrible to swallow. They have a light scent so not overwhelming. I would not buy these because they don’t work for me.

It was easy to open and sealed for freshness. The capsule goes down easy which helps as I am not a great pill taker. They don’t have any smell like a vitamin does, that’s a plus. I have a hard time staying asleep at night so when I’m up in the middle of the night it’s gets hard to get back to sleep. This product helped me feel relaxed but no where near drugged or over medicated. I am happy to report I stayed asleep most nights I consumed them. I didn’t use them nightly but will purchase if needed in the future for a safe and good nights sleep.

Having been taking these at the end of the day prior to bed has really helped me fall asleep, faster, and sleep longer through the night whereas I would wake up in the middle of the night for no reason, not being able to go back to sleep. These do not make you feel drowsy whatsoever, so you wake up feeling refreshed. I love that it has tart cherry, lemon balm, and chamomile which we all know help with great sleep. I highly recommend this if you are having trouble sleeping and want a more natural supplement to do so. It also is at a very good price point so you will not break the bank.

My sleep seems to be more restful, and I don’t find myself waking up as much in the middle of the night or tossing and turning when I take these about 20 minutes before I go to sleep. The only downside for me is how big they are, it’s a little hard for me to take them. But because they work, I will use them when I need to ensure a restful nights sleep.
