I have been using it for many years. I would have insomnia if I did not use it. I take 3 chewables 1/2 hour before bedtime, then if I wake, I take one more which I put at my bedside. It seems to really work for me.

I get sleepy in half an hour, but very gentle...can overide its effects if I get up and get busy. So I watch a little tv or read and start to fall asleep then. Never feel drugged or groggy in the morning.

WORKS WELL
I really like this product to aid falling asleep. It works well, and it tastes good, and it does not contain any horrible sweeteners. The taste is pretty intense-fruity. Note that you need 2 lozenges for the listed dose of 3mg melatonin. I wsn't paying attention to the serving size til i took one and it didn't seem to work that well. Then I realized that I am used to taking a 3mg capsule (different brand), and so for these I needed two tabs. And i seem to sleep pretty well. I cannot fall asleep AT ALL without taking Melatonin and the 5-htp keeps me asleep and calm.

I took this a few years ago and it helped a lot. Then the price went way up. I tried 5-htp, but it upset my stomach. Didnt use anything for awhile. After a very stressful time in my life I found this at better price at Swansons and started again. I get drowsy after 1/2 an hour and sleep well and do not wake up groggy, just well rested. I like the sweet tabs too. If Im tired from staying up late, I just take one.

I have had sleep problems over the years and have taken many natural supplements to try to overcome them. I have even taken the ingredients in Tranquil sleep each in separate form and have had little results. In this formula there must be something to taking them all together that makes it effective for me. I keep them on my nightstand and take them when I feel I need to, and also again if I waken during the night I will take just one. In a chewable form, they are pleasant tasting and I believe faster acting!

Taste fruity
This product works fast. I fall right to sleep when used as directed. I have only used a couple of times, so am hopeful with regular use, my sleep will improve throughout the entire night. It taste so good, I just hope there are not sweeteners in it.
