The citrus was throwing me off but once I made my iced latte and added cinnamon it was perfect! Don’t overthink the citrus and really give it a shot.

SO good!! I’m sorry others have had a poor experience, I thought it was excellent. Not too sweet, not too much spice. A nice combination. Much much better than the Jordans Skinny pumpkin syrup.

Wish I read the reviews before purchasing. When I smelled it and then tasted it in my latte, I thought it was a bit citrusy. And then I read the ingredients - citrus extract? Confusing. Not what I wanted. Completely ruined my morning latte.

I really don’t mind the subtlety of the sweetness but it’s the orange/citrus profile that I’m not a fan of. And I love orange, especially in colder months! It just tastes off to me, I’d go as far as to say almost plasticky.

They changed the recipe! This tasted exactly like SBs before and it was the BEST pumpkin spice syrup, but this year it’s awful. I compared the ingredients with an older bottle and it’s not the same list even though the packaging looks the same. :((( Bring back the old recipe!!! It was perfect the way it was!!!

Just awful, I wouldn't even waste my coffee trying it after smelling it and tasting a small amount on my finger. As soon as I smelled it I knew something was off... then I looked at the ingredients .. pumpkin....nope. Spice of any kind...nope! Citrus extract..yes. it smells and tastes like some sort of orange medicine. Just gross! I'm am going to see if I can return.

Seriously, I don't understand why people are leaving horrible reviews for this. Don't people realize this is just a pumpkin spice sweetner? Is it not sugary enough for you? Just because it doesn't taste eactly like your beloved Starbucks PSL, doesn't mean it's a bad product. I have a Nespresso Vertuo at home with an Aeroccino frother, and when I add this to the milk while it's in the process of being frothed, it comes out tasting just fine. I just sprinkle a little cinnamon on top, and it's delcious. I actually think it tastes better than the Starbucks pumpkin spice. I suppose everyone's taste buds are different, but this isn't a 1 star sweetener by any means.

I honestly don't know how some find this item disgusting, I thought it was good for what it is. It's the only Pumpkin Flavored Syrup I ever tried so I can't compare it but Id say it's good. Although it does have a lot of sugar so I like to limit how much I add.
