These tasted good, have a nice texture, and come in appealing packaging. They are a good value. Although I didn't notice any difference in my hair, I have genetic alopecia, so it was a long shot anyway. However, I did feel like my nails felt healthier.

These chewable have a good texture and size. And they are good, been taking them for a while now. It helps my hair to look more shiny and thicker. A little expensive, but the big bottle last for a while. Package is easy to close to maintain them fresh for months.

I currently take the 6,000mcg ones BUT this is the one i started with and I noticed hair growth within a couple of months of consistently taking it and I was genuinely really impressed. I always say not every vitamin works the same for others as it does for you but personally it did for me! But its worth trying because I seriously swear by this stuff! I also regularly get acrylics and even when they ate taken off my nails aren’t as brittle as they used to get after acrylics. But I always make sure I have a bottle — it’s a must-have in my morning routine!

I was looking so long for gelatin free hair skin and nail gummies and many of them aren’t from trust worthy brands or are very expensive. These are both affordable and from a reputable brand. I’ll be rebuying when I’m done

These gummies are really yummy and for vitamins they state very pleasant making them easy to take and want to keep taking them. I would say I did see results when I was consistently taking them and in a good time frame. The packaging is efficient easy to use and easy to travel with! I take these every day, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my nails since starting. They used to be paper-thin, but now they’re growing out stronger and thicker. I haven’t seen a significant change in my hair, which has been thinning with age, but overall, I think these vitamins are a great value for the price. Plus, they taste really good, so I actually enjoy taking them. I keep the bottle by my sofa to remind myself — and I never miss a day. I’d definitely recommend these if you’re looking to strengthen your nails and improve overall quality.
