I was really excited to receive these supplements especially with how good Omega-3 is for you. The supplements themselves are rather big and as for someone who does not like taking pills they are slightly hard to swallow. The smell is A Lot so I recommend not smelling before taking (I wish I hadn’t) I also recommend taking them with a meal. I have been taking them for about a week now so it’s hard to see if they are making any difference yet but I do feel better just knowing that I’ve added Omega-3 to my diet. They do have a bit of an after taste as well. I like that it is only one a day and that they are vegan. I just wish they were slightly smaller and not as smelly.
