All organic soybean oil is expeller pressed, cold pressed pure oil extracted from soybean, non organic uses solvents. Expeller pressed oil may have traces of soy protein, which highly refined oils do not have. Some people may be allergic to soy protein. Organic soy lecithin is a translucent, brown, viscous fluid emulsification. No solvents can be or were used in the production of this lecithin, and it is produced without the use of genetic engineering, irradiation, or sewage sludge. Soy foods have many nutritional benefits.
