Guests are saying
This dog food is highly appreciated for its healthy ingredients and affordability. Many guests report that their dogs, even picky eaters, love the taste and have shown improvements in digestion and coat health. However, some guests with specific breeds like Pomeranians have noted adverse effects. The small kibble size is perfect for small breeds, and the resealable packaging is convenient.

Changed
My dogs have been eating this food for about 2 years. They loved it. This last bag was weird looking kibbles and my dogs refused to eat it. Why the change?? We had to change dog food brand. I'm not happy and this brand lost a loyal customer.

My dog eats it
Our dog Zoey has never eaten dry food without wet food mixed in. But this was in her dish and she ate it straight. It has great ingredients. It also costs less than premier food.

Bad smell
Lately, the smell has been horrible! I’ve decided I am no longer going to buy. My dog refuses to eat the food. It used to be good but I don’t know what has changed.

My babies like it!
I was looking for another alternative of food for my dogs. With this economy prices are to the roof. I used to buy a brand specially for my senior dog who has stomach problems and this one hasn’t make her tummy upset

Not good for our Pomeranians.
Our dogs (1pomeranian 1 Pom/Chi) loved this. We started them on it a few years ago. We started noticing our full Pom losing her hair. She has something called black skin disease which is alopecia for Pomeranians. There are two main causes diet and too short of hair cuts. We also started noticing it starting on our Pomchis backside. We have stopped this food and switched to homemade dog food. We can already see the hair growing back. This food was something they loved, our Pomchi is VERY picky, but we just can’t do it anymore. For other breeds this is probably a great choice. Just beware if you have a Pom.

Great food option from target
I have an English bulldog puppy. When I got him, the breeder was feeding him a really expensive food and I switched him to iams puppy since my other dog and cats eat iams with no problem. He was having really bad skin issues. He had itchy red rashes all the time. I bought him medicated shampoo which helped temporarily. A lady at Petsmart recommended that I switch his food and so I tried a Food that was grain free and it didn’t really make a difference. I decided that I wanted to find an option that I could get at target since I shop there often and I didn’t want to have to commit to a food that I could only buy at Petsmart. I tried this one and it’s only been a week and his rashes have cleared up. I’m sure every dog is different and this might not work for everyone but it definitely worked for my puppy so I will be re-purchasing. I am so glad that I found a good option that I can get More easily with my normal grocery order from target and not have to go to a pet store just for his food.

New formula
We switched to Natures Revipe small breed from another small breed brand about 6 months ago because our dog was picking out pieces and left them on the floor. After we switched to Natures Recipe, he ate the entire bowl, & with this last bag, he has been eating less and seems to dislike it. This new formula has an unpleasant smell. currently, we're back to searching for a new small breed brand. I wish the company would have kept the previous formula.

Smelly
Is it me or has the smell of this new formula changed? It really smells awful but the dog still eats it. The other one never smelled like this.
