I was surprised at the wonderful taste of these gummies. Already my nails are healthier, my hair is longer and softer, and my skin doesnt get as dried out as it did before.

I am absolutely pleased with this product. Today, when I went to get my nails done, I could not stop looking at the growth I saw. I have been taking these for few weeks now and I see a difference. My nails are still brittle, but I believe they will get stronger. They have certainly grown since I started taking these. The gummies are perfect because I don't like taking pills.

The experience of the gummy is marked by a pleasant flavor of orange and raspberry, smooth texture, and not too sticky (shout out to those of us with dental crowns, ha!). The gummies are gluten free and vegan, but not sugar-free, so something to keep in mind if you are restricting sugar. It is so nice to find a hair, skin, and nails supplement that isn’t grainy or a huge pill to swallow... winning with this gummy! The directions state to “take 2 gummies one or two times daily,” and I have been taking 2 gummies together after a meal over the past few days. As I write my review, it is unclear if it means 2 gummies total per day, or 4 gummies total per day, so the directions could be clarified my the manufacturer, which is the cause for 4 vs. 5 stars. It is a bit early to see results yet, but I have been enjoying the experience!
