Nature's Way Bird Products 4 Cup Fly Thru Tray Bird Feeder 10" Taupe

Easy access to take tray out and put in bird seed.

Broke after 2 weeks. The ring completely snapped from the roof. The house shattered when it hit the ground, so I can't try to fix it. It wasn't even bad weather when it happened.

The bottom is completely perforated so a lot of the bird seed passed right thru. I cut a coffee filter & placed in the tray before filling.

There are no instructions. Didn't know I needed a special sized scooper until I saw their video above. I removed the lid to fill it. I now cannot figure out how to get the lid back on. This is very poorly designed. I'm going to wait for my husband to help because it clearly takes more than 2 hands go piece it back together- the plastic part inside takes a long bolt that goes up into the outer hook (whcih you can't see from above), but still not sure where the plastic part "rests" inside. I see why other reviews said theirs' fell to the ground- it's impossible to put back together. Weirdest bird feeder design ever. I'll try once more because i live in FL where it rains a lot and I'd like to try this. If I can't figure it out, it's getting returned.

Like the other reviewer, this feeder crashed to the ground with robin in it! He took a few moments to fly away—birds aren’t used to falling onto the ground I guess. The feeder also broke as a result of the crash. Can’t recommend this less.

This bird feeder fell apart after the first day. The screw in the top came off because the feeder could not take the weight of the bird. We had to modify it by glueing the top to the bottom and putting another screw through the bottom. Waiting to see if it will fall apart again. Very poor design.

This is a wonderful bird feeder that offers a nice deep square perforated bowl for seeds. It is easy to clean and hangs nicely from my tree. All types of birds come to feed in it. Seeds are protected by the rain and its nice and light. It is a taupe color. The top unscrews for easy clean up and loadding of seeds but you can easily pour seeds from the sides. I highly recommend and will purchase more for my yard.

On the one hand, it literally fell apart a day after I got it. But once figured out the setup of it, it works fine. It's not very clear how it goes together piece by piece, but the birds love it. You will need a baffle to keep squirrels at bay.

It's a useless piece of crap because you can't get the tray out unless you remove the top and then you can't get the top back on it this was a waste of money for me I threw it away because the top wouldn't screw back on right. It doesn't come with any instructions on how to do this at all on how to remove the tray or how to put the top back on very irresponsible of the company to not include instructions
