My skin has been feeling so much better and I haven’t had a breakout since I’ve been taking these daily. The packaging is good and the price is definitely reasonable for the ingredients it has.

I honestly did see a difference in the brightness of my skin, and it did start to look more even. However, i have acne prone skin, and every time I take these gummies, I woke the next morning with a cystic acne bump. Also, I was aware of this product containing biotin, which I know wrecks havoc on my skin. All in all, I will say, they do what they claim to to, just be mindful if you are sensitive to biotin.

They are definitely worth the value and I do feel like I feel a bit more hydrated on my heels and other dry areas.

The taste is great, super easy to take and kind of like a little treat, which is a nice bonus. But in terms of actual skin benefits, I’m not totally convinced yet. If anything, I noticed a slight increase in breakouts when I first started taking them, which might just be my skin adjusting. Maybe they need to be taken for a longer period to really see any noticeable results. For now I'd say this is a "maybe" for me.

I've been taking them daily, and I've noticed my skin looks a bit shinier than usual. I usually get dry patches on the tops of my arms and on my feet, but there's none on my arms and my feet are much less dry. It's hard to tell if it's a direct result of these supplements, but I haven't changed anything else in my routine. I'll continue taking them and see how my skin fares over the next few weeks

I haven't noticed any dramatic difference in my skin or hair since taking these for almost a month, but my face does seem a bit clearer, even during monthly hormonal fluctuations. I like Nature Made products, and I will probably buy another bottle of these when I run out.

They smell rancid to me. This product doesn’t expire until 2026 so I feel it’s safe to consume, but the mixture of ingredients just smells unappetizing to me. Other than that, these look similar to other gummies and the packaging is a typical plastic bottle with the childproof cap. I can’t recommend these since they are quite unpleasant in taste and smell.
