Q: When there is about half left in the bottle, it seems to have crystallized and is very thick. Is this normal?

A: Yes, this is normal. Crystallization is the natural progression of 100% pure, raw & unfiltered honey. The good news! Honey never expires, even when it crystalizes. Simply bring it back to liquid by placing our BPA-free bottle in a large bowl of very warm (but not boiling) water. Just let the bottle rest until the crystals begin to melt away.

This “honey” tastes like high fructose corn syrup. It has a bad aftertaste. I wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t pure honey.

Weird Flavor, Oddly Runny Consistency
Not good. The flavor is so weird... why does it taste like that? Genuinely the oddest, most artificial tasting honey that I've ever tried. Why is it so runny? Sure, if you specifically want a runny honey as a desert topping, then maybe; but it still tastes weird. The Good & Gather honey tastes much higher quality than this. I buy local honey whenever I can, but when I can't, I'm going to stick to the Good & Gather brand.
