Very good way to get protein in my diet. I really like the fact that this product does not have milk by products in it since I have an issue with milk. Great taste also. I use this for on the go pre breakfast.

I've been using this for years. I mix it in warm soy milk with the unsweetened chocolate flavor too, and it's better than hot chocolate. Plus I'm getting my protein! It's a great way to satisfy my sweet tooth and get protein energy when I need to keep working. And it's fast and easy! It clumps up just a little bit in warm soy milk, but when I stir it well the clumps go away. Maybe I should try mixing it in cold soy milk. Read the label--it contains lots of vitamins. That could be good, but just make sure everything in this is what you're looking for. THANK YOU Spiru-Tein for NOT using nasty Stevia for sweetening!!!!

Taste delicious
I've tried a number of the Spirutein flavors and Banana is probably my number one pick. I mix it in the blender with coconut water, a banana and a tablespoon of coconut mana (also sold on Swansons site).. Blend it up for a minute and it comes out thick, creamy and delicious.. It's full of vitamins, gives me a satisfying breakfast that seems more like a treat and makes my day start out feeling good. Highly recommend all the Spirutein drinks, but especially the Banana flavor.

Great Product!
I have been using the Spiru-Tein Energy drinks for years and was thrilled when Swanson started carrying the products. I mix mine with unsweetened almond milk, it makes a great, quick, low calorie, run out the door breakfast for myself and a vitamin packed drink my son loves. Try all the flavors they are all quite tasty, but my hands down favorite is banana.

Usually I'm very skeptical of banana flavored products. I find that they usually don't taste like a banana! (much like grape flavored products DEFINITELY don't taste like grapes.....ugh!) But this actually does - it's quite nice :) And of course, for some added carbs, vitamins, fiber, and flavor, you can blend a whole banana into it. Yum!
