[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took this for about a week and didn’t notice any side effects or any other changes on my health really, but most multivitamins do not give me side effects. It is recommended to take with a meal which I followed and I think that did help.

They were easy to take and did not cause me any kind of stomach upset. However, I was disappointed to see that they are not USP certified for potency or ingredients, but I do like that they’re Non-GMO. I didn’t notice any changes to my health or skin, but that usually takes at least four months to see and I’ve only used them for a month so far. I’ll keep them on rotation and see how it goes!

I am all about trying new sustainable and all natural supplements so I was excited to find this. I think foods from the sea are going to be the future! This product is gluten free and non-gmo which is a big plus for me. Improves gut health.

I couldn’t taste the pills, I took them with breakfast every day. I appreciate so much that they’re non GMO and gluten free. I will definitely be adding these to my daily vitamin lineup.
