I like this magnesium powder. It has a very pleasant lemon taste. The supplement is easy to take and gentle on my system. If I could, I would deduct half a star for it not dissolving in water as quickly as I'd like. I get around that by pouring it in slowly as I mix. But overall, this is a really good product and I'd buy it again.

A main issue is that drinking this sweetened product mixed in water before bedtime can cause more nighttime bathroom sleep interruptions. Wouldn’t seek this product out again.

Has no flavor and does not clump. Easy to ingest and does not upset my stomach. I can’t really tell if it’s actually doing anything for me physically but that could just be because I’m not sure what I should expect from it.
