Warm but thin.
I took this on a four-day, three-night backpacking trip to the Smokies in March. The Small size is great for weight and pack size efficiency but my feet (I'm 5'3') ended up flopped on my boyfriend's regular sized one every night.

I love this thing.

Know what you are getting
This mat is only good for sleeping on your back or stomach. Site selection is going to make this pad comfortable or uncomfortable but it is versatile and nearly indestructible.
