It doesn’t work, even after downloading it. It takes us to the Home Screen like it’s starting the game and then kicks us back out to our Xbox Home Screen. X box customer service says I have to return it to store

This is the worst game I have ever played. I’ve been playing 2k for years, and I have loved it in the past. They have ruined the game beyond belief. The micro transactions are out of control, it would be incredibly easy to spend thousands of dollars on top of a $100 game just to minimally enjoy it. Complete and utter corporate greed. Online play is also completely broken, the game crashes every time. This will be the last 2k I ever buy and I wish I hadn’t bought this one.
