Q: My album didn’t come with any photo cards but it says it should, is there something I can do to exchange it? Or was it not supposed to?

A: The photocards for the jewel case version are located behind the CD tray inside the back of the case. It lifts up along the left side of the case spine and you should be be able to access them from there.

Love NCT127, great price
Ordered online and it came in perfect condition but I didn't get any photocards unfortunately. I wasn't sure if it was supposed to but other reviews show it having PCs and I guess I got one where people took the PCs :( oh well, I love NCT127 so I'm happy I was able to buy this.

kinda difficult to open i may or may not have had to google how to open it- didn’t come with a poster sadly but it’s so cute and inexpensive 100% recommended if ur on a budget :) ironic how it didn’t come with stickers tho
