Arrived broken twice
I received it and before opening it , you could see the tricycle wheel was already broken. One of the wheels as already broken . target sent me a replacement. Arrived the same as the last one. One wheel broken off still sealed in the package. Very flimsy tricycle, it appears.

NOT 12 feet
I bought this thinking it was 12 feet when it arrived in this little box I was confused. I thought maybe it was the instructions but it WASN'T it was a 12-inch action figure. Overall it was a dope action figure but not a 12-foot Billy Puppet.
