It is slightly sweeter than I would normally like, but still good. I do feel calmer and more chilled out after drinking it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try these as I’ve been looking into magnesium to wind down at the end of the night. What I was most happy to see with this is that they use magnesium glycinate vs another popular brand which uses magnesium citrate, which is known to cause stomach problems and is even sometimes used as a laxative. The drink tasted nice and did really taste like raspberry lemonade. There was an artificial aftertaste and it looks like thats because they use stevia as a sweetener, so something to note there. As far as calming effects, I really didn’t feel any but it could be because I only drank 1 packet and it recommends drinking 2 a day. For the cost, i am not sure I could justify drinking 2 a day cause that means a pack would only last you a week.

I love that it has no sugar and no artificial sweeteners and other natural ingredients. However, I kept having to stir to redisolve the powder at the bottom of the glass. After, I had no digestive issues and felt slightly relaxed, but not sleepy. Overall good product!

The flavor is very nice too. The packets are easy to open with a perforated line. The mix is pretty smooth and doesn’t have much grittiness. I will say that the product dose settle a little with the contents that settle being a brown color? I don’t mind this—it just threw me off. I will say it didn’t make me tired but it was easier to lay down. I really like this product and would like to try the other variations

But taste wise it was good . Now I didn't put the whole packet into it bc I had a small glass of water but it was good . I liked it .

The strawberry and cream flavor is nooooot for me. It tastes like the amoxicillin bubblegum medicine they give you as a child. It gets 3 stars though because I do think it helps me sleep more soundly, but I'd recommend a different flavor!

Great taste and dissolves easily.
