I’ve tried a lot of wellness drinks that promise to help with stress, but Nello Supercalm is one of the only ones I’ve actually noticed a difference with. I picked up the Tropical Tangerine flavor and was surprised by how refreshing it tasted. It reminds me of those citrusy drinks I used to have as a kid, but without the sugar crash or artificial aftertaste. I usually take it in the afternoon when I start to feel a little overwhelmed or mentally scattered. Within about 30 minutes, I feel noticeably more grounded and focused. It doesn’t make me tired or slow me down. I’m still able to work and get things done, but I just feel calmer and less reactive. I also appreciate the ingredients. Ashwagandha, magnesium, and L-theanine are things I’ve taken on their own before, but this makes it simple and convenient in one scoop. I’ve also noticed that my sleep has improved on the days I take it. If you’re someone who deals with constant low-level stress or wants something to take the edge off without messing with your energy, I’d recommend giving this a shot. It’s become a part of my daily routine.
