The unisex, medical grade Neo G Airflow Plus Ankle Support, Small, fits the Left or Right ankle and provides a snug yet flexible fit for targeted compression and helping to warm muscles. This dynamic support helps relieve symptoms of strains, sprains and instability as well as supporting injured, weak or arthritic ankles. Key features include dual sided silicone joint cushions. The specialist lightweight, breathable, seamless knit fabric helps with moisture control and comfort providing Multi Zone Compression (MZC) for optimum fit. This gives a reasonable level of support, but I find the towelling-effect lining to the gel pads rubs the skin on my ankle. So can’t wear them for long, which means they aren’t really what I was looking for

While this does the job but be aware their sizing method is not good. I ordered the medium using there method and when it arrived it would not fit. I did phone the company and advised they update their sizing system based on shoe size. So customers be aware.

I badly sprained my ankle 3 years ago. After lots of physio, osteopath & podiatry sessions my ankle is the best it’s probably ever going to be again, but I wasn’t confident that it would cope with the twists, turns & impact involved with playing football. This support has made it possible though.

If you have suffered ankle misalignment through flat feet this is brilliant for supporting your ankle while you get better. I could hardly walk without it for the first couple of weeks but as soon as I put it on I was so much more comfortable and mobile, and my ankle started to get better quickly.

Grade 2 syndesmotic ankle injury with mansoneuve fibular fracture. Stable ankle but painful fracture and swollen sprained ankle. Allowed to mobilise and these devices really helped with stability and pain relief.

Used to manage swelling on an arthritic ankle. Well made. Silicon ankle pads fit well. Was expecting there to be more compression given the medium-firm rating but then I was on the cusp of Medium and Large - so if you’re in the same position and want more compression I’d suggest the Medium. Generally very happy.

The ankle support sent was supposed to be large to fit my husband’s relatively slim ankle. When it arrived it was so small I would have had trouble to get it over my female size 6 ankle. We persevered to pull and stretch to make it fit but we were unable to get it on far enough for the joint cushions to fit in place. We were really disappointed as the support itself was just what my husband wanted int terms of material and weight of fabric.

These supports are designed to be close fitting in order to provide the support that you are looking for, we recommend measuring aroung the ankle bone to determine the correct size. We also recommend using the included application sock to make slipping this over the foot easier. This is made of a low friction material to allow the support to slip over the foot and is easy to remove once the support is in place. Bought two, great support for ankles, but poor quality. The cushioning part is glued to the sock from the inside. The glued inner part came loose when putting on one of the braces. Other brace is ok. Bad quality for the price.

This is what I call my super sock. It has made a huge difference in helping me to walk. The cushions and compression together did the trick as so many supports I have tried have pressed against the ankle bone so I couldnt wear them.

Measured my ankle and bought the XL size. Took an age to get it on my ankle and found that my foot and leg actually started to swell up. It was also hard to get off. It might be doing wonders for my ankle but at the expense of my foot and leg.

I bought this 1 week ago I have worn it 3 times and the glue round the silicon pad has come apartmaking it so the silicon pad will not stay in place. I have not washed it.
