The science behind this is amazing! As long as you remember to SHAKE THE BOTTLE THOROUGHLY this eye makeup remover is incredible! Seriously though, shake the bottle thoroughly, not just a little, give it a good 6 second shake. You don't have to press hard or rub on your skin, it really does melt your makeup away effortlessly. I highly recommend if you wear eye makeup!

Oily and irritating
This makeup remover removes all makeup. Stubborn waterproof eye makeup, eyelash glue, everything. But I find it very irritating and oily. I started using a cleansing balm instead.

I have tried premium brands and always return to Neutrogena eye makeup remover. The oil-free product feels clean and it works so well - even with waterproof mascara. This is by far my favorite eye makeup remover! These is no oily residue and my skin does feel soft! It cleans up my eye makeup so quickly, very effective in my product! It’s a great strength but doesn’t hurt your face! After using my face it nice and clean with a fresh appearance!

Just say no!
Another Neutrogena makeup remover that burned and dried my skin. The alcohol-free version is no different. It hurt so much that I threw them in the garbage. The formula was not effective at removing waterproof makeup and I had to use more than one sheet to remove my waterproof mascara only to still find excess residue. Since I threw this product out, I posted another product that is not perfect but at least it doesn’t burn my eyes and dry my skin.

Best makeup remover
This is my 3rd repurchase and I honestly will never go back. I would always struggle to take off my waterproof mascara, but with this it takes it off at an instant. It is a bit oily so i recommended that you just use some water right after. Other than that it’s amazing

This Neutrogena stuff is exactly what they named this product because of its very gentle yet highly recommended ingredients for the skin after cleansing makeup products off. This is definitely a we'll loved goodie in my cosmetics cabinet. It doesn't strip your skin at all it just basically helps breakdown stubborn makeup products for a clean and fresh face. It is really good at removing all kinds of makeup products after full day wear of makeup and it's sold at a lot of places so an extra plus for it being accessible easily and I think it's an affordable option if your into double cleansing after wearing makeup or if you just wanna try it out I'd say do it.
