Q: Are the individual packed 100cts...so 3 bags in a bag? Or 300 loose in 1 bag?

A: Hi Jina, The 300 cotton rounds are 3 individual bags containing 100 cotton rounds per bag. Also, I've read complaints/issues about both 100-count cotton rounds and the 300-count ones.

A: Hello - Thank you so much for your interest in the Nail Polish and Makeup Remover Pads! The Premium rounds are dual-sided. One side is a smooth layer of spunlace which is a thin layer of 100% cotton that delivers added strength and eliminates lint. The other side is a soft embossed layer of cotton that is more gentle. These cotton rounds are one of the Up and Up items that I always restock because they are a great price and exactly the same as the name brand ones for more $$. My daily use is for removing my mascara, and I also use for removing nail polish remover and giving a quick wipe of rubbing alcohol on my tweezers and cuticle cutters.

I buy these a lot. I use them for makeup remover and to apply toner. I also use them after I do my gel nails to wipe them off with alcohol (which apparently my brand of gel polish doesn’t require that but I’m so used to it I still do it 😂)

I’ve used these for many years. Opened a fresh pack and portion of the rounds are covered in a black substance. Poor quality control. I no longer feel comfortable using these to remove eye makeup.

Most of the time, these are great. Lately, some have left cotton residue on my face after using toner. It’s hit or miss, and not bad enough to make me not purchase them again. Use them for makeup removal, facial toner, nail polish remover.

Inconsistent in thickness and softness. Several pads have had some red portion to them, and typically I'd just discard because they were small and the red parts are hard, but this is becoming more prevalent in the pack. I'm afraid I'm going to scratch my face with these. Previously had purchased a single pack and liked them but quality has definitely changed.

These used to he great but now occasionally a pad will have some kind of scratchy portion. Since I use these mostly for me face I actually have to check by swiping only super gently. The scratchy parts in the cotton round can scratch the skin on your face.
